We’ve recently released one of the most requested features- Screenshare in VoiceVoice.
Check out our latest upgrades for VoiceVoice’s platform for people training + community engagement.
We’re frequently launching enhancements to the platform, and in July, we introduced a bunch of new features aimed at making it easier for hosts to launch video breakout groups, quickly. Check out our latest upgrades for VoiceVoice virtual roundtables and breakout groups below.
We’ve introduced a suite of built-in facilitation tools that you can use to host more breakout groups without needing to hire more people to attend/lead each group.
Using our automated facilitation features, you can provide built-in guidance across all breakout groups to make for more productive, efficient small group conversations, no matter when/where they happen.
We’re frequently launching enhancements to the platform, and this month, we are excited to share our latest- and arguably BIGGEST- upgrades for VoiceVoice virtual roundtables and breakout groups.
If you’re looking to take the interactivity and engagement of your VoiceVoice conversations up a notch (or five), you’ll want to check out this new feature: third party app integrations.
Kahoot, Slido, Mentimeter, Typeform, YouTube Live (for live streaming), GroupMind and MANY other 3rd party, cloud-based applications can now be incorporated into your VoiceVoice event (we’re frequently adding more integrations to the list).
Whether the goal for your breakout groups is remote collaboration, group work, note taking, idea generation, polling, collecting surveys or feedback, taking optins, game-based learning, audience interaction, brainstorming or crowdsourcing, there will be an app that you can integrate into your VoiceVoice design to meet those goals.
Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to all of our customers who are the backbone of our society – stay strong, stay safe! In the meantime, our engineers will continue to do what we do best, and that’s improving the VoiceVoice platform for virtual roundtables.
Here are some of the features and improvements we’ve added lately…
We’ve made it A LOT faster and easier to launch your virtual roundtables with the introduction of our new Design Templates!
New users will be able to find our new “Community Building” template inside of their Conversation Designer accounts.
This template is ideal for projects that are focused on getting people talking to each other, networking, and building rapport at any time, 24/7. (For inspiration, here are some ways orgs are using their VoiceVoice virtual roundtables to build community.)
And we will soon be sharing templates for Training, Virtual Roundtables for Conferences, Engagement and more- stay tuned.
We’re in the midst of rolling out our biggest product launches ever on both of our platforms, VoiceVoice and our first platform, MaestroConference (now with VIDEO), including the most robust/flexible video breakouts and the ability to have Guided Breakouts + No-Host, Autonomous Breakouts (ours is the only technology capable of this; see “VoiceVoice: now also integrated within MaestroConference Video” below to learn more).
Here are some of the (many) features and improvements we’ve released on the VoiceVoice platform since our last update, starting with our biggest, most significant/powerful new development…
This is major- VoiceVoice can now be integrated within a live event (!) on MaestroConference Video, meaning hosts now have the option to host your live event on MaestroConference, and for those registrants who can’t attend the live event, you can offer asynchronous video events hosted on VoiceVoice.
